Privacy policy
Effective 30 October 2026. This describes the VoiceLab website as implemented in this project. It is not a claim of legal compliance in every country.
Who this applies to
Visitors of DigitalToolService.com using the VoiceLab converter and related pages.
What you upload
Audio or video you choose is sent from your browser to this website’s gateway script (api.php), which forwards allowed requests to a conversion server configured on the hosting account. The browser also sends a random device id header so jobs can be listed. Filenames may be forwarded after basic character filtering.
What this website can verify
- The gateway applies per-IP rate limits and a maximum upload size from private server-side settings (5 MB in the sample config present in this project).
- The conversion API reported
result_retention_hoursof 24 when checked. - After a successful Download, the client expects later result fetches to fail with already-downloaded or similar errors.
- This website’s public pages do not currently include analytics, advertising, or a cookie banner, because those scripts are not installed.
What this website cannot verify
- Whether original uploads, stems, or logs are deleted on the conversion server, and after how long.
- Whether the conversion host stores IP addresses or job records beyond what
/v1/jobsreturns to your device id. - Which sub-processors the conversion server uses, if any.
Because those facts are unverified, this policy does not say that files are never stored, instantly deleted, or 100% private.
In your browser
Local storage holds a random device id and a list of recent job ids/status. Clearing site data removes them. Converted audio blobs live in memory until you Save or close the tab.
WhatsApp orders
If you message the published number, WhatsApp and your device process that chat under their own terms. Use that channel only to arrange work.
YouTube
If the operator later adds video IDs, Play loads an embed from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. That is still a third-party request. Until IDs are configured, this site does not call YouTube.
Advertising
Ad slots exist in the code but are disabled. If Google AdSense or another network is added later, this policy must be updated, including a link to Google’s information about data use on partner sites where that network is used.
Contact and deletion questions
WhatsApp 0301 3518700. Ask for deletion of a job if you still have the job id. Understand that this public website cannot itself prove backend deletion.
