How to download and keep results

Steps

1. Wait until the job pill says Ready. That state comes from the server, not from a fake timer.
2. Press Download. The site requests /v1/jobs/…/result and, if the size header matches, stores a blob in memory.
3. Use the in-page player if it appears.
4. Press Save. Your browser’s download UI should offer the filename the server sent.
5. If you needed the conversion gone from the list, press Remove. For queued or running jobs that is a Cancel request to the server.

If Download fails

• Already downloaded / expired / not found: convert again. The site cannot resurrect a deleted server file.
• Incomplete: the transfer was cut short; try Download again while the job is still Ready.
• Closed the tab after Download but before Save: the blob is gone. If the server still has the job, Refresh then Download again. If not, convert again.

Where files live

The job list is in this browser’s local storage. Audio blobs are only in memory until you Save. The conversion server reported about 24 hours of result retention when checked; treat that as a server-stated window, not a guarantee that a file will still be there.
